79g olives
1224g levain dough
Cooked in pot. Used paper sling to lower (actually plop). 15 mins covered. 15 + 5 + 5 + 5 cook.
Nice crust. Ok crumb. Needed more rise time, it was getting stupid late- 3:30am for cook. Use more olives next time.
